Moroccan Meatballs

This is the quickest midweek recipe and tasty

MEATBALL INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gm Watergrasshill Beef Mince
  • 1 Medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 heap tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

  • 800gm chopped can tomatoes
  • 1 cup green/red capsicum
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp stock cube (any flavor)
  • 1 cinnamon stick

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and roll into balls
  2. Place all the sauce ingredients in a large pot
  3. Bring the sauce to the boil
  4. Place the meatballs into the sauce
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes
  6. Serve with rice or couscous
