Murray River Salt flakes/Pepper
- Heat your BBQ on high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, salt &pepper
- When pan is hot, add the steaks flatten down with egg slide
- Cook for 2 minutes; turn over another 2 minutes on the other side giving you a medium steak
- Cook less or more to your liking
- Transfer to plate and drizzle with Olive oil and lemon.
